超微细Mg(OH)_2复合阻燃改性PPR的研究 被引量:5

摘要 研制了超微细Mg(OH) 2 和少量的十溴联苯醚复配阻燃剂与无规共聚聚丙烯 (PP R)的填充共混复合材料 ,研究了复配阻燃剂的用量和硅烷偶联剂对复合材料力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明 ,复配阻燃剂用量的增加对材料拉伸强度有较明显的影响 ,用量在 10份左右时缺口冲击强度达到最大 ;用硅烷偶联剂处理的填料可改善复合材料的各项性能。复配阻燃剂显著提高了复合材料的阻燃性能 ,在用量为 15份时 ,氧指数达到 2 7% ;用量超过2 0份 ,垂直燃烧性为FV - 1级 ,微量发烟。 The PP-R blending composites filled with compound flame retardant of super-micronized Mg(OH) 2 and a little decabromo diphenyl oxide were developed. The effect of compound flame retardant dosage and silicon hydride couple agents on the mechanical properties and flame retardance were studied. The results showed that the compound flame retardant dosage had obvious effect on the tensile strength of the composites, and the notch impact strength reached the maxium when the dosage was about 10 phr. The fillers treated by silicon hydride couple agents could improve all properties of the composites. The flame retardance was increased obviously by using compund flame retardant, with oxygen index reaching 27% at 15 phr filler, and vertical burn test reaching FV-1 and smoke being faint when the filler concent was over 20 phr.
