摘要
研究了超支化聚 (胺 -酯 )对聚氯乙烯 (PVC)力学性能和流变性能的影响。结果表明 ,超支化聚 (胺 -酯 )能明显改善PVC的力学性能 ,加入 3%第 3代超支化聚 (胺 -酯 )的PVC的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别达到 5 5 .4 7MPa和 17.2 8% ,分别比原来增加了 31.14 %和 4 0 .85 % ;少量超支化聚 (胺 -酯 )可以大幅度降低PVC的粘度 ,随着超支化聚 (胺 -酯 )加入量的增加 ,PVC粘度降低幅度增大。
The effect of hyperbranched poly(amine-ester) on mechanical and rheological properties of PVC were studied. The results showed that the mechanical properties of PVC were increased markedly by adding hyperbranched poly (amine-ester). The tensile strength and breaking elongation of the PVC reached 55.47 MPa and 17.28% respectively when the content of 3rd generational hyperbranched poly (amine-ester) was 3%, being 31.14% and 40.85% higher than those of primary PVC. A little content of hyperbranched poly(amine-ester) could decrease the viscosity of PVC rapidly. And with the increasing of poly(amine-ester) content, the decreasing extent of the viscosity of PVC increased.
