复配交联破乳剂的研制及应用

Study and Application of Compound Crosslinking Demulsifier

针对中原油田卫城原油胶质含量高、粘度大的特点,研制了6种复配交联破乳剂,并考察了这些破乳剂对中原油田卫城油矿稠油的破乳脱水效果。结果表明,这6种复配交联破乳剂脱水率高,脱水速度快,油水界面齐,与卫城油矿现场用缓蚀剂配伍性好。

Aiming at the crude oil produced from Weicheng Oil Factory with high gum - content and high viscosity, eight kinds of conventional demulsifiers and six kinds of compound crosslinking demulsifiers were tested, and their of dehydration ability was compared. The results showed the compound crosslinking demulsifiers had high dehydration rate and speed, clear oil - water interface, and compatibility with corrosion inhibitors used in Weicheng Oil Factory.
