摘要 以脂肪酸和胺为原料,合成了一系列咪唑啉衍生物缓蚀剂,优选出两种与丁炔二醇缓蚀剂复配后,在70℃、15%的盐酸中,腐蚀速率小于4 g/(m2·h),达到了石油行业标准。研制的复配缓蚀剂与IS-129缓蚀剂相比具有缓蚀效果好、用量少、价格便宜等优点。 Imidazoline derivatives as corrosion inhibitor were synthesized with fatty acid and amine as raw meterial. When the derivatives were compounded with other corrosion inhibitors, their corrosion rate [ <4 g/(m2·h)] were up to the standard of petroleum industry under 70℃ and 15% HC1. Compared to IS - 129 corrosion inhibitor, the compound corrosion inhibitors had the advantages of less consumption, better corrosion inhibiting effect, and better economic benefit.
