摘要
以活性炭负载硅钨酸为催化剂,丁醛和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成丁醛1.2-丙二醇缩醛。研究了醛醇摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对产物收率的影响。实验结果表明,活性炭负载硅钨酸是合成丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的良好催化剂。最佳反应条件为:丁醛与1,2-丙二醇摩尔比为1:1.5,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1.50%,环己烷为带水剂,反应时间80 min。上述条件下,丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率可达97.5%。
Butyraldehyde 1,2- propanediol acetal was synthesized from butyraldehyde and 1,2- propanediol in the presence of H4SiW12O40/C. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were determined . The optimum conditions were as follows: molar ratio of butyraldehyde to 1,2- propanediol 1:1.5, amount of catalyst 1.50% (based on total quantity of feed stock) , and reaction time 80 min. H4SiW12O40/C was an excellent catalyst for synthesizing butyraldehyde 1,2 -propanediol acetal and the yield could be up to 97.5 % .
