中国制造业TPS/ERP集成模式与技术实现

摘要 在分析了现有有关TPS/ERP集成研究问题的基础上,研究了基于完整的TPS管理理念下的TPS/ERP集成管理模式与关键实现技术,该模式将为快速提高我国企业的管理水平与管理竞争力提供可供参考的基本途径。 Based upon the analysis of literatures related to the integration of TPS and ERP,this paper studies the integration model of improvee TPS with ERP and its supported technology. The model will provide a reference for enterprises in China to improve their management level and competitiveness.
