分析企业培训机构加强培训质量的规范化管理 ,建立培训质量管理规程的必要性和可行性 ;提出培训质量管理规程的功能定位 ;概述培训质量管理规程的文件体系及实践的效果。
Analyzed structure of training mechanism and standard management of how to improve training quality; illustrated importance and feasibility of establishment of training quality control standards; presented their functional definition, briefly stated document system and practice results of establishment of training quality control standards.
