全面质量认证在我国实施后,“顾客满意”作为质量最好标准得到了广泛的认可.但是如何达到“顾客满意”,与企业内部的“员工满意”不可分割。让员工满意,实现良性循环,就需要企业采取进一步的措施,留住人才,利用人才。
Since the full-scale quality authentication was introduced into our country,customer satisfaction as the best standard of quality has been ratified widely, but how to achieve it has close relation to employee satisfaction.To make the employee satisfied, carry out the benign circulation, the corporation needs to take farther measure to retain person and make good use them.
