摘要
文章从结构与定员、企业绩效与企业能力3个层面构建了企业人力资源结构评价指标体系,并运用模糊数学模型对企业人力资源结构优劣进行综合评判。
This essay sets up an index system, which includes three sections such as enterprise organization and structure, enterprise performance and enterprise ability. On the basis of that system, this essay uses a model of fuzzy to measure the enterprise human resource structure.
