随着计算机技术的发展 ,蒙特卡罗方法 (MC)成为研究稀薄气体流动问题的重要方法。本文着重介绍了试验粒子蒙特卡罗方法 (TPMC)和直接模拟蒙特卡罗方法 (DSMC)。通过一些实际的算例 (异形管路传输几率计算、涡轮分子泵模拟优化设计 )
With the development of computerized techniques, Monte Carlo method hase become an important way to study rarefied gas flow. Test particles Monte Carlo method(TPMC) and Direct Simulation Monte Carlo method(DSMC)are introduced and discussed. Some practical examples, eg., the transmission probability calculation of special ducts and simulatively optimized design of turbo molecular pumps, are given to discuss their applications in the study on molecular gas flow and transitional gas flow with regard to vacuum technology.
