Development of AH-1 full-automatic suction-gun helium leakage detector

研制与生产目前国内最长 (15 m )吸枪式氦检漏仪。在计算与实验研究的基础上设计与制造 180°磁偏转分离型电子轰击离子源及逆流小孔分流型的 AH- 1型全自动吸枪式氦检漏仪的整体结构。在吸枪上配制有可操作与控制的微型显示仪表。它的特点是 :启动时间短、灵敏度高、反应时间快等。因而是大型容器与高压容器检漏的理想仪器。

A helium leakage detector has been developed and produced, of which the suction gun is up to 15m or the longest one in China at present. The leakage detector was designed and built on the basis of both calculation and experimental investigation. With a 180° magnetic deflection and separatable electron-bombardment ion source provided, the AH-1 full-automatic suction-gun He-leakage detector is a system based on that the counferflow is diverged via apertures. An operable and controllable mini-display is equipped with the suction gun. Short start-up time, high sensitivity and quick response feature the detector. So, it is really an ideal apparatus for large-size and high-pressure vessels. The key points to its design and some instances of its application are presented.
