芪连汤与降糖药联合干预2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗及对相关炎症细胞因子的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察芪连汤与相应降糖药协同对 2型糖尿病患者胰岛素敏感性的作用及相关炎症细胞因子的影响。方法选择 2型糖尿病患者 6 2例 ,随机分为两组 ,两组均常规应用西药降糖药 ,治疗组同时加用芪连汤口服 ,每日 1剂 ,分 2次服 ,疗程 4周。并测定两组治疗前后空腹血糖、胰岛素、C肽、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)、C反应蛋白 (CRP)、白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )含量 ,计算胰岛素敏感指数 (ISI)。结果两组空腹血糖治疗后均比治疗前显著下降 (P <0 0 1) ;治疗组胰岛素、C肽、ISI、TNFα、IL 6和CRP含量治疗后比治疗前明显下降 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,且治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。 ObjectiveTo observe the synergistic effect of Qilian decoction (QLD) with corresponding hypoglycemic agents on insulin sensitivity in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 and its influence on related inflammatory cytokines. MethodsSixty-two patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, they were treated with hypoglycemic agent in routine, and QLD was given orally, one dose taken in twice a day. Parameters as fasting blood glucose, insulin, peptide C, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin 6 (IL-6) were measured before and after treatment, and insulin sensitive index (ISI) was also calculated. ResultsThe level of fasting blood glucose lowered after treatment in both groups (P<0 01); levels of fasting insulin, peptide C, ISI, TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP significantly lowered after treatment (P<0 05 or P<0 01), and the effect was better than that in the control group (P<0 05 or P<0 01). ConclusionQLD could improve the insulin resistance and lower the levels of related inflammatory cytokines.
