摘要
为了摸索出个种测量真菌多糖的简便、准确、重复性好的方法,本文以姬松茸多糖为原料,比较了几种不同测定方法的对结果的影响,并对硫酸苯酚法的各影响因素详细的作了进个步比较分析。
In order to choose a simple, accurate and repeatable method of determination on Agaricus blazei myceliapolysaccharides, the paper compared the results of several different methods, including phenol-sulfuric method, direct-titrationetc. Futher more, the affecting factors on phenol-sulfuric method were elucidated.
