摘要
入世和全面建设小康社会为我国绿色食品产业发展提供了广阔的空间和市场,同时给我国绿色食品产业发展带来巨大挑战。本文运用企业过程再造(BPR)新理论,探讨绿色食品产业组织、结构、制度、科技、业态、营销方式、观念、市场等方面的再造与创新,重塑绿色食品产业竞争力,保护产业安全,促进绿色食品产业可持续发展。
The entrance to WTO and the aim to build well-to-do society generally provides the abroad market and space for thedevelopment of chinas green food industry, and it also brings about great challenge. In this article according to the newtheory of BPR, discuss the rebuilding and innovation on green food industrys organization、structure、system、science & technology、marketing and conception; reshape and step up the green food industrys competitive power;protect the security of industry and promote the sustainable development of green food industry.
