摘要
文章采用模糊综合评判矩阵、XML 和 Weblogic中的 Container技术相结合的手段 ,用多层次模糊综合评判的方法分析了铁路行包托运调价模型的建立过程 ,并建立了调价决策模型。
This paper analyzes the process of the price adjustment policymaking of the railway baggage and parcel transportation by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix conjoining XML and container technology in the Weblogic, and founds the pattern of the price adjustment policymaking that provides a kind of scheme to standardize the price adjustment policymaking.
