治疗性机采血小板对原发性血小板增多症患者的疗效观察

The therapeutic efficacy of platelepheresis in treating essential thrombocythemia

目的 观察治疗性血小板单采术对原发性血小板增多症 (essentialthrombocythemia ,ET)患者的疗效。方法 应用HeamoncticsMCS +全自动细胞分离机对 3例ET患者行治疗性血小板单采术。每例患者行 3次治疗性血小板单采术 ,每次采集 8个循环 ,采集成品血小板 2 34ml。术中留取血样复查血小板计数。结果 3例患者经3次治疗性血小板单采术后血小板计数降至正常水平 ;同时口服羟基脲 (0 .5 g ,每日 2次 )。 1周后症状消失出院 ,随访 6个月 ,复查血小板计数在正常范围内。结论 ET患者应用治疗性血小板单采术能迅速降低血小板计数 。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of therapeutic plateletapheresis in essential thrombocythemia.Methods Three patients with essential thrombocythemia were treated with Haemonetics MCS+.All patients were treated with therapeutic plateletapheresis for three courses.Eight cycles in each course.Results In all cases,platelet count decreased progressively and remained at normal lever after treatment.All patients had Hydroxyurea orally at the sametime.Platelet count was within normal in the following six months.Conclusions Therapeutic plateletapheresis is useful in treating essential thrombocythemia.
