酵母残渣中β-(1,3)葡聚糖的提取及性质表征 被引量:9

摘要 正交试验结果表明碱法是从提取酵母抽提物后的酵母残渣中提取 β - (1,3)葡聚糖的最佳方法 ;纸上层析试验结果表明该方法提取的 β - (1,3)葡聚糖不含甘露聚糖 ;元素分析认为 β - (1,3)葡聚糖的分子通式为 (C6H10 O5) n。 The orthogonal test result indicated the alkaline process is the best method to withdraw β-(1,3) glucan from the yeast residua after the yeast extract. The paper chromatographer indicate the β-(1,3) glucan withdrew by this method does not contain the mannan. The elemental analysisreveals the molecular formula of β-(1,3) glucan is(C6H10O5)n.
