摘要
采用CDC2500型预分解系统建设的2 500 t/d生产线,在试运行期间,从工艺、原材料、热力和物化作用、操作技术等方面科学地解决了预分解系统的堵塞问题,使生产能力从2 330t/d提高到2 606t/d,回转窑运转率提高到98％以上。
Our 2500 t/d production line is constructed with CDC2500 type precalcining system. During commissioning, blocking problems in precalcining system are solved scientifically from aspects of process, raw materials, thermal, physical and chemical actions, as well as operational techniques etc., result in raising production capacity from 2330 t/d to 2606 t/d, and the kiln reliability of more than 80% has also been got.
