Measures to prolong lifetime of kiln refractory materials

Φ5.8 m×97 m回转窑用耐火材料的使用周期太短,吨熟料碱性砖砖耗曾达3.0kg以上。从配置、施工、 使用维护和质量管理等方面采取措施后,2003年吨熟料碱性砖砖耗降到0.6kg左右。

The lifetime of refractory materials used in our Φ5.8×97m rotary kiln was very short, and specific consumption of alkali bricks per ton of clinker reached to over 0.3kg. Measures are taken covering arrangement, construction, operation, maintenance and quality control for modification. In 2003, specific consumption of alkali bricks per ton of clinker has reduced to about 0.6 kg.
