激活蛋白AP-2家族对胎盘及滋养细胞分化的作用

摘要 激活蛋白-2(activatorprotein-2,AP-2)家族是定位于细胞核的转录激活因子,与多种基因的启动子特定位点结合,参与基因的转录调控。AP-2对胎盘滋养细胞分化,以及胎盘特有基因hCG和hPL的表达起重要的调节作用,同时一些对胎盘功能具有重要调节作用的酶类基因表达也受到AP-2的调控。
