细胞因子与子宫肌瘤
摘要
子宫肌瘤是女性最常见的良性肿瘤,其具体发病机制尚不清楚。随着对雌孕激素在肌瘤中作用机制的深入研究,发现在子宫肌瘤组织中许多细胞因子包括转化生长因子β、胰岛素样生长因子-I、肿瘤坏死因子α、细胞周期蛋白、内皮素-I和基质金属蛋白酶等表达明显升高,这些细胞因子可能通过促进子宫肌瘤细胞增殖和细胞外基质生成而促进肌瘤生长。
