摘要
全息术是用相干光干涉得到物体全部信息的二步成像技术。它以光的干涉条纹形式存储被摄物的光强和位相 ,再用光的衍射原理重现物体原来的三维形状。本文较详细地介绍了如何用全息双曝光法测物体静态表面位移 ,此方法直接将变形前物光波与变形后物光波相比较 ,具有方法简便、对光学元件要求不高等优点 。
Holography is a two-stage image-forming technique which uses the interference of light to obtain the full information of the object.It stores the light intensity and phase of the object in the form of interference fringe of light,and then reproduces its origiral three-dimensional shape on the principle of oliffraction of light.A method measuring the static displacement of an object surface by double exposure is introduced.A comparison made between the light ware of an object before and after the change in shape shows that the method with less-demanding for optical elpments is easy to employ.Therefore,it is considered a good way to measure the micro displacement of an object.
