摘要
合同分配合理与否 ,是工程项目成功的关键因素。本文运用新出台的《合同法》 ,结合工程承包的实际 ,提出了合同风险和合同风险分配的新概念 ,分析了合同风险分配的原则和方法。
Whether contract distributin is reasonable or not is the key factor of success or failure for a project.Having been used the newly-implemented contract laws and combined with project contract,the new concept of contract and its distribution are put forward and the principles and metheods of contract risk distribution are analyzed.
