通过对《近期建设规划暂行办法》条文的解读 ,分析了近期建设规划地位上升将对规划体系的影响 ,分析了《近期建设规划暂行办法》体现出的改革创新 。
According to the reading and understanding of the contents of the Short-Term Construction Plan, analyzing the increasing effects of the construction planning , of which the status is being improved ,towards the construction planning system, as well as the reform and renovation embodied in it, several new methods of construction planning technology will be presented in the article
