居住小区室外交往空间的环境组成要素研究

居住小区的室外空间是居民经常出入、进行各种活动和使用公共设施的地方,居民间相互碰面机会较多。合理设计便于居民进行交往的室外空间场所,可以改善邻里关系。研究了组成居住小区室外交往空间的要素,把交往行为和居民活动特征作为居住小区规划的主要任务之一,为居民交往创造良好的空间场所和环境气氛。

The outdoor space of residential district is a place of residents' access/exit, activity and use of public facilities where residents often contact. The rational design of outdoor spatial place convient for residents' contact can improve neighbourhood relations. Authors study the composite elements of residential district outdoor contact space. The residential district planners should take into consideration of residents' contact and activity to create fine spatial place and environmental atmosphere for residents.
