抗菌药物是临床应用最广泛的药物之一。由于种类繁多、药物特征各异,临床合理应用存在较多困难,目前我国抗菌药物滥用现象较为普遍,由此导致细菌耐药性快速增长、药源性疾病日渐增多、患者住院时间及治疗费用增加、社会医药资源浪费等,为促进抗菌药物合理使用,尽量减少抗菌药物滥用导致的不良后果以及为临床用药提供基本的指导,卫生部将颁布实施《抗菌药物临床应用使用指导原则》,本文介绍《指导原则》出台的有关背景与意义。

Antibiotics are the one of the drugs used widely in clinical activities. Due to the antibiotics' great variety and differentcharacteristics, it is difficult to be used clinically. For the time being, abuse of antibiotics in China is relatively common, as a result, resistanceto drugs is rapidly increasing, drug-born diseases increasingly increasing and the patients' hospitalization length and expenses also increasing,the social medical resources wasted. In order to promote the rational use of antibiotics and reduce the adverse effects caused by abuse of antibioticsand to provide clinical drug use with basic guidelines, Ministry of Health will publish and implement 《Guiding principles for clinical applicationof antibiotics》.
