当前外科医学迅速发展,但我国目前尚未建立统一的手术准入标准,手术的管理制度亦不完善。绍兴市人民医院结合该院实际情况从指导思想、组织机构、技术职务与手术类别、准入申请、准入标准、准入程序、手术责任、监督管理等方面对外科系统手术准入管理办法进行了较全面细致的研讨与实践。

For the time being, surgical medicine develops rapidly, however, currently there is no unified standards for permitting operation,and management on operation system is not perfect. Based on the real situation of the hospital, People's Hospital of Shaoxing City studies andconducts, in a relatively comprehensive and detailed way, the methods of managing the permitting surgical operation in term of guiding idea,organization/institution, technical post and category of operation, standards for permitting operation, process for permitting operation,responsibility for operation, supervision and management etc.
