MCMC Bayes方法在双相情感性精神障碍致病基因研究中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨双相情感性精神障碍的易感基因 ,为疾病防治提供科学依据。方法 针对病例对照研究资料样本含量相对偏小的特点 ,采用MCMCBayes方法进行分析。 结果 MCMCBayes分析的结果发现 ,不管是病例组与对照组比较 ,还是早发性病人与晚发性病人比较 ,DRD2P和COMT基因的等位基因、基因型与双相情感性精神障碍的发生以及早发或晚发的关系均无统计学意义。但两基因的组合基因型 ( -14 1△C/-14 1C +met/met)有统计学意义。结论  -14 1△C/-14 1C与met/met的基因型组合几乎不可能早发双相情感性精神障碍。 Objective The nosogenetic gene about bipolar disorders were studied in order to provide scientific bases for the prevention and cure of diseases.Methods MCMC Bayes analysis was used in the case-control study with the smaller sample size.Results With the study of case-control, the significant difference about both DRD2P and COMT gene was not been found by MCMC Bayes analysis. However, the comparison between the combined genotype 12+22(12=-141△C/-141C, 22=met/met) and 11+22(11=-141△C/-141△C, 22= met/met) had significance, which indicated that the genotypic combination of 12 and 22 had not almost relation with onset of the disease in the early time.Conclusion The genetic combination of 12 and 22 cannot result in this disease in the early time.
