摘要
本文报导了一种新颖的致密膜针孔检测方法。其基本原理是根据致密膜上存在针孔时,所引起的膜材料的电性能变化。对一系列经过仔细制备,具有不同孔径针孔的高分子致密膜样品进行了测定。研究了实验条件对此方法检测有效性的影响。实验结果表明实验数据与根据针孔孔径测定结果的计算值很好的相符。考察了此方法用于动态检测的可行性。结果证明,电导测量方法提供了一种简便、快速、灵敏,直观的致密膜针孔检测方法。
A novel method for pin hole-detecting by means of conductivitymeasurement was developed.It is based on the fact that the electricproperties of a dense polymer film may be significantly changed due tothe existence of pin hole.PET film specimens with individual pin holesof different size were prepared for measurements.It was found that thenew method was sensitive in pin hole detecting and the pin hole sizedetermined was consistent quite well with that obtained by direct micro-scopic measurements.Results show that the conductivity method can beused for both static and dynamic measurements and in promising for insitu inspection during film processing.
