本文对微生物腈水合酶的结构、催化机理、产生菌的选育、酶的形成条件、分子生物学、酶学特性进行了阐述。
This paper reviewed the current research of the nitrile hydratase such as construction,catalysis mechanism,strain selection, producing conditions,molecular biology and enzymology characteristics of it.
