摘要
对使用后的三段注汽管材料进行了宏观检查、化学成分分析、壁厚与管径测量及显微组织、力学性能和夹杂物能谱元素试验分析及强度校核等。认为,将原高压注汽管改用作回注污水管是可行的,但要控制污水中氯离子等有害成分的含量,减轻污水管内壁局部的氧化 氯化腐蚀。
In this paper, we make some analysis for three section steam-injecting pipes used, by means of macro-morphology, measurement of wall thickness, chemical composition, optical microscope, mechanical properties, EDS and strength proof, and so on. The results show that the wall thickness of three section steam-injecting pipes can be used as the waste pipe. But, the ion Cl^- in waste must be controlled to reduce partial oxidation and chlorination corrosion on the waste pipes materials.
