影响1Cr25Ni20Si2钢伸长率的因素分析

摘要 采用化学分析、金相检验和扫描电镜等手段对1Cr25Ni20Si2钢伸长率不合格的现象进行了分析。结果表明,由于大量析出铁铬镍合金相导致了此钢种的伸长率不合格;提高镍含量能有效降低铁铬镍相的析出,从而提高伸长率的合格率。 The reason of the elongation of 1Cr25Ni20Si2 was not qualified had been analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, metallography examination and SEM analysis. The results showed that the failure of elongation was caused by large amount of Fe-Cr-Ni phase. It was valuable to decrease the amount of Fe-Cr-Ni phase by increasing Ni content. So the qualified rate of elongation was raised.
