摘要
在Larson Miller方程基础上,利用全微分和状态函数特征,建立了金属材料在给定温度条件下持久强度与高温瞬时强度之间关系的数学模型,并成功用于T91耐热钢和GH2871高温合金持久强度的预测。
By means of total differential and state function, a mathematical model deduced from Larson-Miller equation was proposed, which describes relationships between the long-term rupture strength and the short time tensile strength. Thus, the long-term rupture strength of heat resistant steel T91 and superalloy GH2871 at elevated temperature was predicted successfully by the established model.
