摘要
目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与胃溃疡的相关性。方法应用电子胃镜，确认溃疡部位及最大径，同时在溃疡边缘取活组织进行病理学检查和Hp检测，与溃疡的发生部位、病人年龄、性别等进行比较。结果检查923例胃溃疡，在673例Hp阳性组中，有81％的溃疡发生于胃角和胃窦，男性胃角溃疡发生率比女性高；31～60a年龄段溃疡发生率占59％，随着年龄的增长溃疡的直径有增大的趋势，多发性溃疡也有上升的趋势；60a以下Hp感染率较高，Hp阳性组病人的年龄和溃疡直径均比阴性组小。结论胃黏膜Hp感染是导致胃溃疡的主要原因之一，Hp感染者以中年人为主。
