腰椎滑脱短节段复位内固定器SSRF的研制与临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨自行研制的新型腰椎滑脱短节段复位内固定器 (SSRF)的生物力学性能及临床应用效果。方法 利用实验应力分析方法 ,测量SSRF内固定器固定后的脊柱强度、刚度和稳定性 ,并对临床应用SSRF治疗的病例进行应用分析。结果 采用SSRF内固定其平均强度和刚度均比正常标本高 ,其平均强度、刚度和极限强度均比Steffee钢板、MSF内固定器、SF内固定器高。 36例手术患者 ,随访 6~ 2 4个月 ,完全复位率 91 6 % ,影像学证实脊椎融合良好 ,无断钉、断板和松动现象发生。结论 腰椎滑脱症采用SSRF内固定生物力学性能优越 ,而且固定坚强、安全、可靠 ,具有推广应用价值。 Objective To study the biomechanical features and clinical results of the SSRF in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods The spinal intensity ,stiffness and steady were measured by using a experiment mechanics analysis methods and clinical effect was evaluated by using a comparative analysis after being fixed by SSRF.Results The spinal average intensity and stiffness after SSRF internal fixation in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis was higher than those of normol specimens and those after Steffee steel plate,MSF and SF internal fixation.Thirty-six cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis were followed-up for 6~24 monthes postoperatively.The full reduction rate was 91.6%.The spinal fusion was good in all patients.Neither breaking of the fixter nor loosening occurred.Conclusion The biomechanical features of SSRF device are superior to those of Steffee steel plate ,MSF interfixator and SF interfixator. It is effective and safe for the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.
