摘要 目的 :研究综合疗法对儿童孤独症的治疗效果。方法 :对 68名孤独症患儿采用综合治疗方法 ,包括社交技能训练、语言和言语训练、认知能力训练、行为矫正、精细运动和感觉统合训练 ,必要时配合药物治疗 ,同时强调家长参与治疗过程。每天训练 6小时以上 ,平均 4 5个月。用智力测验、ABC量表、婴儿 -初中生社会生活能力量表评估治疗效果。结果 :42名完成智力测验的患儿总智商治疗前平均 42 2 9±7 95 ,治疗后平均 5 6 13± 16 99,治疗后比治疗前明显增高 (P <0 0 0 1) ,智力结构除算术分测验无显著性变化外 (P >0 0 5 ) ,其余分测验得分治疗后均较治疗前明显增高 ,差异均有统计学显著性 (P <0 0 0 1)。ABC量表减分率 3 4 0 2 % ,治疗后较治疗前明显降低 (P <0 0 0 1) ,社会生活能力显著增高 (P <0 0 0 1) ,差异均有统计学显著性。结论 :综合疗法为治疗儿童孤独症的有效方法。 Objective: To study the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy for children with autism Method:68 patients with autism received comprehensive therapy, including social skill training, speech and language training, cognitive training, behavior modification and sensory integrative training Some patients received drug therapy The parents were asked taking part in training The time of training was 6 hours or above per day, for 4 5 months intelligence test, ABC and Infant-Junior Middle School Social Adaptive Capacity Scale were used for assessment Results:Among the 42 who completed the Intelligence test,their average of FIQ was 42 29±7 95 before therapy, and it was 56 13±16 99 after therapy The difference was statistically significant (P<0 001) The decreasing ratio of ABC was 34 02% There was higher social skill score after therapy (P<0 001) Conclusion:Comprehensive therapy is effective on children with autism
