摘要
目的 :探讨大学生的完美主义与心理健康的关系。方法 :用Frost多维完美主义量表 (MPS)和症状自评量表 (SCL -90 )对 5 0 5名大学生进行测量。结果 :大学生的完美主义与心理健康在总体上呈负相关 (r =-0 3 0 ,P <0 0 1) ,大多数维度之间在 0 0 1显著性水平上呈负相关。结论 :大学生的完美主义对心理健康存在一定程度的影响。
Objective:To study the relationship between perfectionism and mental health of college students Methods:505 college students were tested by Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (FMPS) and Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) Results:There was negative correlation between perfectionism and mental health (r=0 300, p<0 01), and most of the correlations between factors were also significant at the level of 0 01 Conclusion:Perfectionism has influence on college students’ mental health to some extent
