摘要 介绍一种基于面阵CCD图像传感器的下刻机测控系统设计方法;针对图像处理运算量大、实时处理性差的特点 ,提出对CCD图像进行抽样以及对抽样后的图像进行快速处理算法 ,求出云母中心线位置并由此位置决策是继续找槽还是加工 ;并给出了找槽过程和加工过程的双闭环位置预见控制的算法实现方法。 A method in the design of the software and hardware of a measurement and control system of mica-slot chiseling machine based on matrix CCD image sensor is introduced. The solution for image sampling, image processing and the arithmetic of double closed position preview control are also given here. After debugged, system's work reliability and precision can reach actual demand.
