Application of Control System Based on Lookout and S7-400 PLC in Water Analogue Modeling System of Metallurgy

为满足宝钢钢铁冶金水模型模拟实验系统控制要求,设计了一种基于Lookout软件和S7PLC的集中式监督控制和数据采集系统,阐述了该系统的构造、Lookout软件开发和S7PLC程序的编制。文中特别介绍了Lookout与S7PLC的通讯和手动向PLC输入模拟量的方法。该系统较好的达到了运行高效、操作直观要求。

For the demand of the water analogue modeling control system of Bao Steel, the SCADA control system based on Lookout software and S7 PLC is designed. The structure of the system is illustrated, and the process of developing Lookout software and programming PLC software is presented. The methods of communication between Lookout and S7 PLC,analog numerical value inputting by hand are especially introduced. The system met high efficiency and easy to use demand well.
