摘要
针对人工气候室测控单元数量众多且配置分散的特点以及控制对象难以建立精确数学模型的问题,提出一种基于CAN-BUS现场总线技术、单片机控制技术和专家模糊控制策略的人工气候智能控制器。文中详细介绍了控制器的硬件设计、控制算法及软件编制。运行表明,该控制器安装使用方便、工作稳定可靠、控制精度较高,具有一定的参考和推广价值。
As to the environmental chamber,the measuring & controlling units were scattered everywhere,its number is huge, and the mathematical module of control object was difficult to found.To solve this problem, a new type of intelligent controller based on the CAN-bus were designed.The hardware circuit ,the control algorithm, and the software programing were discussed detailly. Practical using shows that this controller has the better control effect and is suitable for the similar practical engineering.
