摘要 目的 为探讨首发精神分裂症病人的血液流变学特征。方法 选取 6 1例首发精神分裂症病人于治疗前后进行血液流变学检查 ,根据阳性症状量表 (SAPS)和阴性症状量表 (SANS)评分分为Ⅰ型与Ⅱ型 ,并与 5 3名正常健康人作对照。结果 Ⅰ型精神分裂症的全血粘度、低切全血还原粘度、红细胞聚集指数比Ⅱ型明显增高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;晚发组的全血还原粘度和红细胞刚性指数较早发组有非常明显的差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;长病程组的全血粘度、血浆粘度比短病程组明显增高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,红细胞刚性指数和红细胞变形指数则比短病程组明显降低 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 血液高粘滞现象作为精神分裂症的生物学指标 ,对其诊断分型、治疗及转归等具有一定的指导意义。 Objective: To study the hemorheology characteristics of the first-episode inpatients with schizophrenia. Methods: 61 first-episode inpatients with schizophrenia were selected and divided intoⅠand Ⅱ type group, first-episode and late episode group, long and short course group according to the schizophrenia type, onset age and episode course. 53 normal persons were selected as control. Results: The whole blood viscosity, low shear reduction viscosity, red blood cell (RBC) conglomeration index, RBC press volume and RBC electrophoresis indexes of the Ⅰtype group were higher than those of the Ⅱ group. The whole blood reduction viscosity and RBC stiffness index of the late group were higher than those of the early group. The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, low shear reduction viscosity and RBC conglomeration of the long course group were higher than those of the short course group, but RBC stiffness index and RBC distortion index of the long course group were lower than those of the short course group. Conclusion: Blood hypervis-semia biology index may play a role in diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of schizophrenia.
