摘要
本文通过对六种萃取剂的筛选实验,选择了三辛胺(TOA)为乳状液液膜法从氰化介质中提取金的流动载体,并应用TOA—煤油—硫脲的膜体系,确定了提取金的最佳操作条件。在此最佳操作条件下,金的回收率可达99.8%,并可模拟工业生产进行连续提取,同时,对本实验的结果进行了一定的理论计算和分析。
TOA is Selected as mobile Carrie by test for six extractants inthis paper.TOA-kerosine-thiourea system being applied to the extra-ction of gold in cyanide solution by emulsion liquid membrane.Theoptimal operating conditions are determined.Under these conditions,the recovery ratio of gold is about 99.8%,and the continuous extra-ction experiment can be carried on.The experimental conclusions aretestified by the theoretical discussion.
