摘要
研究了以膨胀石墨为主阻燃剂、红磷为协效剂的复合阻燃剂对阻燃聚丙烯燃烧性能和力学性能的影响.结果表明:当w(复合阻燃剂)=10%,m(膨胀石墨)∶m(红磷)=2∶1时,材料的氧指数为23.4,拉伸强度为35.9MPa,缺口冲击强度为0.71kJ/m2,力学性能和阻燃性能指标均达到最大值,材料的综合性能最佳.
Complex intumescent flame retardant were made by expanded graphite and red phosphorous,the (influence of) the content of flame retardant and the ratio of expanded graphite to red phosphorous on the (mechanical properties )and the flame (retardancy were )discussed.The best result appears in the 10% content of flame retardant and 2∶1 ratio of expanded graphite to red phosphorous.In this case oxygen index is 23.4,(tensile strength) is 35.9 MPa,impact strength is (0.71 kJ/m^2.)The mechanical properties and the flame (retardancy reach )to the maximum.
