烤烟叶片石油醚提物质量分数的遗传变异及稳定性分析 被引量:17

摘要 以遗传基础差异较大的6个烤烟品种为亲本材料,按Griffing双列杂交试验方法2配制了15个杂交(F1代)组合,将总计21个烤烟基因型分别在商丘、郑州和信阳3地安排试验,对烤烟叶片石油醚提物质量分数的遗传变异、配合力效应和稳定性进行了分析.结果表明:1)石油醚提物质量分数在不同基因型间、叶片部位间和地点间均存在着广泛的变异.不同供试亲本相比较,以K326石油醚提物质量分数最高,中烟90次之,潘园黄最低;不同叶片部位相比较,石油醚提物质量分数表现为上部叶>中部叶>下部叶;不同供试地点相比较,石油醚提物质量分数表现为信阳>商丘>郑州.石油醚提物质量分数的广义遗传率较高,狭义遗传率偏低,该性状在遗传上受基因的加性效应和非加性效应共同控制,其中非加性作用大于加性作用.2)不同亲本石油醚提物质量分数的一般配合力效应大小因基因型和环境而异,K326的一般配合力效应较大,潘园黄的一般配合力效应较小.3)不同品种的石油醚提物质量分数对环境反应的敏感性不同,K326的稳定性较好,其次是中烟90,RG17则为具有特殊适应性的品种. According to No.2 method of Griffing's dialle mating design,a set of 6 parents with different genetic basis and their 15 F_1 crosses were made.21 types of genetic basis of flue_cured tobacco were planted (in Shangqiu,)Zhengzhou and Xinyang.Genetic variation,combining ability effect and stability of the content of petroleum ether extract (PEE) in flue_cured tobacco leaves were analyzed.The results indicated that:1)There existed significant variation for the content of PEE among different genotypes,leaf positions and locations.Comparison among different parents showed that K326 had the biggest content of PEE,and Zhongyan 90 ranked second, and The content of PEE of Puanyuanhuang was the lowest.Comparison of the content of PEE showed the trend of upper leaf>cutters>lugs among different leaf positions, and the trend of Xinyang>Shangqiu>Zhengzhou among different locations.The high heritability in the broad sense and the low heritability in the narrow sense of the content of PEE indicated its inheritance was controlled by both additive and non_additive effects,and non_additive effects were larger than additive effects. 2)The general combining ability (GCA) effects of the content of PEE for different parents varied with different genotypes and environments.The GCA effect of K326 was bigger,and that of Puanyuanhuang was smaller. 3)The stability of the content of PEE of K326 was the best,and Zhongyan 90 ranked second, and RG17 had good adaptation at specific environment.
