1-MCP延缓园艺产品衰老作用的研究进展 被引量:13

Advances in research of 1-MCP on delaying horticultural products senescence

摘要 综述了1-MCP处理对收获后园艺产品的呼吸作用、乙烯释放和包括色泽、风味、硬度、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、货架期等园艺产品品质及生理病害的影响,提出了1-MCP处理今后的发展方向和应用前景. The treatment with 1-MCP was related to the activity of senescent enzymes in the fruit,modifying expression of genes about horticultural products' ripening.The effects of 1-MCP on respiration,ethylene biosynthesis after harvest,quality of horticultural products,including color,flavor,firmness,soluble solid content,titratale acidity,shelf life,and physiological diseases were also summarized.The further development and prospect in application of 1-MCP were discussed.
