摘要 RTX是革兰阴性菌的一种重要的致病因子,它对靶细胞的作用主要表现为溶血和白细胞毒.本文从RTX独特的结构、翻译后修饰、黏附、转运和细胞毒作用等方面对其研究进展进行综述.
