CT导向经皮分体活检针在腹膜后肿块应用

The Application of CT-guided Percutaneous Detachable Cutting Needle to the Diagnosis of the Retroperitoneal Masses

目的 :评价CT导向经皮分体活检针在腹膜后肿块诊断价值及并发症。方法 :6 0例经CT或MRI显示腹膜后肿块患者随机A、B两组 ,分别用 18G及 2 0G穿刺针经皮穿刺活检。结果 :5 6例 (93 3% )经病理检查诊断 ,4例 (6 7% )未能诊断 ,A组标本可用性 93 3% ,B组为 6 0 %。无严重合并症。结论 :经皮分体活检针在腹膜后肿块组织活检安全 ,准确率高 ,值得推广 ;18G切割针获取组织标本优于 2 0G。

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value and complications of the application of CT-guided percutaneous detachable c utting needle to the diagnosis of the retroperitoneal masses in biopsy.Methods:60 cases of retroperitoneal masses,detected by CT or MRI,were divided into A and B group randomly,undergoing a biopsy with 18G and 20G cutting needle respectively.Results:Among 60 cases,56 cases(93.3%) were identified,and 4 cases(6.7%) failed to be identified.The usefulness of histological samples was 93.3% in group A,and 60% in group B.There were no serious complications.Conclusion:The application of CT-guided percutaneous detachable cutting needle to the diagnosis of the retroperitoneal masses in biopsy is reliable and accurate.It is worth dissemination.18G cutting needle is better than 20G in getting histological samples in biopsy.
