摘要
将超声辐射引入以KMnO4和MnSO4为原料的制备MnO2 的氧化还原反应体系 ,借助XRD ,ICP ,XPS ,TEM及IR等技术对产物进行了表征 .结果表明 ,施加超声辐射对该反应体系有显著影响 ,可获得含K+ 量极低、分布均匀、粒径只有 10nm左右的近似球形γ MnO2 粉体 ,同时 ,证实未施加超声辐射的普通氧化还原沉淀法获得的锰氧化合物实际是KMn8O16,K+进入了确定的晶格位置 。
Using KMnO 4 and MnSO 4 as raw materials, two kinds of manganese oxides were prepared by oxido-reduction method under ultrasonic radiation and normal precipitation method, respectively. XRD, ICP, XPS, TEM, FT-IR and BET surface area measurement techniques were used to investigate the properties of the products. The results show that ultrasonic radiation has a great impact on reaction system, and it was found that the γ-MnO 2 powder synthesized under ultrasonic radiation has an average diameter of 10 nm with sphere-shape and good dispersity, and the precipitation product obtained from normal oxidation-reduction reaction is KMn 8O 16, in which K + exists in lattice of KMn 8O 16 and can not be removed by washing.
