摘要
目的 了解参麦注射液对离体大鼠胸主动脉血管环收缩反应的影响及作用机制。方法 采用离体血管灌流方法 ,观察参麦注射液对血管环的直接作用 ;对苯肾上腺素 (PE)或氯化钾 (KCL)所引发收缩作用的影响 ;对内钙释放和外钙内流所引发收缩作用的影响。结果 参麦注射液对血管环无明显的直接作用 ;对PE和KCL引发的收缩均有明显的抑制 (与对照组比较P均<0.05-0.01) ;对内钙释放和外钙内流所引发收缩作用均有明显的抑制 (与对照组比较P均<0.01)。结论 参麦注射液能抑制PE和KCL对血管环所引起的收缩作用 ,其作用机制是通过抑制细胞外钙流入细胞内和抑制细胞内钙的释放而抑制血管的收缩。
Objectives To explore the effects and mechanisms of Shenmai inject on rat isolated thoracic aorta contraction. Methods The direct effect of Shenmai inject on blood vessel contraction was observed and its influence on blood vessel contraction caused by phenylephrine(PE),potasˉsium chloride,intracellar calcium releasing and extracellar calcium inflowing. Results Shenmai inject did not directly relax or contract vascular rings(compare with those of control,p>0.05),but Shenmai inject could significantly inhibit the contraction of the vascular rings caused by phenylephrine(PE),potassium chloride,intracellar calcium releasing and extracellar calcium inflowing phenylephrine and potassium chloride(compare with those of control,p<0.05). Conclusion Shenmai inject could inhibit the contraction of vascular rings caused by phenylephrine and potassium chloride,which possible mechanism was to inhibit intracellar calcium releasing and extracellar calcium inflowing.
