c-erbB-2在新辅助化疗乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的 检测并分析c -erbB -2在新辅助化疗乳腺癌组织中的表达 ,探讨新辅助化疗患者中c-erbB -2的临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法分别检测c -erbB -2在125例新辅助化疗及56例未化疗乳腺癌组织中的表达状况 ,分析c-erbB -2表达与化疗及病理类型的关系。结果 新辅助化疗组c -erbB -2表达低于未化疗组 ;浸润性非特殊型乳腺c -erbB -2阳性表达明显高于浸润性特殊型。结论 c -erbB -2可能成为在新辅助化疗乳腺癌患者中一个指导治疗方案和判断预后的重要指标。

Objective To explore the expression and its clinic significance of c-erbB-2in breast cancer tissue received neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Methods The c-erbB-2expression in breast cancer tissue of125patients received neoadjuvant chemotherapy and56patients was deˉtected by immunohistochemical method.The relation of c-erbB-2expression with neoadjuvant chemotherapy and pathological tipe was analysed. Results The c-erbB-2expression was less in neoadjuvant chemotherapy group than that of without and was higher in infiltrated nonspecial tipe breast cancer than that of infiltrated special tipe breast cancer. Conclusion The c-erbB-2may be an important index for treatment and prognosis in breast cancer patients received neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
